1. Agreement
By creating a Wozena account you agree to these terms on behalf of your agency. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Wozena provides software to build, deploy, manage and bill AI phone agents for your clients. Voice calls are delivered through your own Retell AI account and billed by Retell at their rates.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your clients' use of agents, for obtaining any consents required for call recording and outbound calling, and for complying with telemarketing, privacy and DNC laws in every jurisdiction you call.
4. Fees
Platform fees are billed monthly in advance per your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. White-label
You may present the service under your own brand. You may not remove or circumvent security, usage limits or billing mechanisms.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you may export client data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
