Our full privacy policy is being finalized with counsel. In the meantime, here is a plain-language summary of how we handle data.
What we hold
Account details, workspace configuration, call records and transcripts your agents produce, and billing information. Credentials for connected providers are encrypted at rest — only the last four characters are ever shown back to you.
Who can see it
Data is isolated per tenant. An agency sees its own workspaces and clients; a client sees only their own. We do not sell your data or your clients' data.
